Designed on-boarding flows across all accounts and products with a focus in business banking and in-branch experience.

At Chase I was part of the Originations design team in the Digital Customer Experience group where we created the digital on-boarding flows across all accounts and products. Most of my time there was spent working on business banking and in-branch experience but I was fortunate to get my hands on little bit of everything.
